Which is how we ended up here, with Brian Wright, author of The New York Mets All-Time All-Stars squaring off against James Griffin, author of The New York Yankees All-Time All-Stars, answering New York-based baseball questions, with points awarded by our own all-star judges: Tyler Kepner (New York Times national baseball writer, author of K: A History of Baseball in Ten Pitches), Jared Diamond (Wall Street Journal national baseball writer, author of Swing Kings) and Jon Pessah (founding editor of ESPN the Magazine, author of YOGI: A Life Behind the Mask).
